Southwest Colorado Springs is a truly diverse area of town. We think that it is home to some of the best architecture in Colorado and some of the most pristine city landscapes too. The Southwest of Colorado Springs grew outward at an incredible rate from the World renowned Broadmoor Hotel. And, did you know that even though Fort Carson is one of America's biggest bases, it was only opened in 1942 as Camp Carson, which developed part of the Southwest and has since helped grow Colorado Springs into the city it now is. The Southwest includes fine dining, luxurious homes, Colorado nature (to include bears and bobcats), the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and so much more.
One of our favorite dining spots is at the base of the Broadmoor - The Golden Bee. A genuine London pub (no, really, it was shipped over from England piece by piece). Make sure to stop by, we suggest a reservation.
