Old Colorado City, Colorado, is similar to Manitou Springs; charming, vibrant, chic, and welcoming. A massively popular place for tourists due to it's history and Coloradan vibes, but also home to an abundance of unique real estate and special zoning.
Old Colorado City (OCC as it's known commonly) was initially founded around 1859 as a supply hub for the gold mines during the Pikes Peak Gold Rush. Nowadays, it captures the essence of a Colorado town and is celebrated annually at one of Top Notch Home Team's favorite events - Territory Days. OCC is also the location of one of Colorado's first dog friendly pub, Pub Dog. You'll probably see us there playing trivia, and if we aren't there we're singing Karaoke at Thunder and Buttons - a winner of best karaoke, best Westside bar, and best trivia according to the Colorado Springs Independent.
OCC is a must see during the Summer days, the main stretch - Colorado Ave - is host to an abundance of events, from farmers markets to classic car shows. This is a local gem that never seems to stop giving.
